Explora for Primary Schools (EBSCO) This link opens in a new window Explora supports both student research and classroom instruction with the following features: Topic overviews that provide students with a starting point for research; reading level indicators (Lexile® Measures) to simplify discovery of grade-appropriate content; text-to-speech for HTML articles to assist struggling readers or those learning English; Curriculum Standards Module to help educators correlate EBSCO content quickly and easily to Common Core, state- or province-specific curriculum standards.

MAS Ultra: School Edition (for high school students) This link opens in a new window Provides full text from over 515 periodicals covering general reference, health, science, and other areas. In addition to the full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for 581 magazines. Designed for a general (as opposed to academic) audience.
Middle Search Plus (for middle school students) This link opens in a new window Indexes, abstracts, and offers full text for popular middle school magazines. Designed for middle school students as opposed to a collegiate audience.
Points of View Reference Center (EBSCO) This link opens in a new window "A full text database designed to provide students and schools with a series of controversial essays that present multiple sides of a current issue. Essays provide questions and materials for further thought and study and are accompanied by thousands of supporting articles from the world’s top political and societal publications."
Primary Search (for elementary school students) (EBSCO) This link opens in a new window Provides full text from 57 children’s magazines appropriate for elementary schools and children’s reading rooms. In addition to the full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for over 80 magazines. Designed for elementary school students as opposed to a collegiate audience.
TOPICsearch (EBSCO) This link opens in a new window A current events database that allows researchers to explore social, political and economic issues, scientific discoveries and other popular topics discussed in today's classrooms.

Professional Development Collection (EBSCO) This link opens in a new window As a collection of education-related journals for teachers, librarians, and researchers, this database is designed for professional educators and provides a highly specialized collection of nearly 520 high quality education journals, including more than 350 peer-reviewed titles. This database also contains more than 200 educational reports. This is the most comprehensive and most valuable collection of full text education journals in the world. In addition to full text, indexing and abstracts are provided for more than 700 journals.
