Support for Success

This page lists essential departments, resources, and facilities that are here to support you as an MSJ student, and why you should reach out to/visit them. The location, hours, and contact info is listed for reach department, resource, and facility.

myMount

What is myMount?

myMount is an online portal that allows you to access the resources and services available to MSJ students.

To access myMount, go to the myMount landing page and then log in using your MSJ login (the same one you use to access Blackboard and your MSJ email account).

For help navigating myMount, see the Quick Sheet for Students (path in myMount: Home > Help > Reference Docs).

For support with your myMount account, contact the MSJ ISS Help Desk.

MSJ ID Card

The Mount ID card is the all-in-one card that makes being on campus safer and more convenient for all students. It includes your Mount ID number, meal service plan, library account number, and is also your "key" to accessing certain areas of campus via card swipe. The Mount's library requires use of the Mount ID card for a number of different services (checking out materials, Interlibrary Loan and OhioLINK requests). It is worthwhile to get your Mount ID card because many businesses and institutions including museums offer discounts for students upon presentation of ID.

Where do I get my Mount ID card?
Visit Campus Police on the ground floor of Seton Center to get your Mount ID card. Online students can request one via the online request form provided for online students in myMount.
