End of Semester and the Holiday Season can be stressful! The Mount Library has partnered with the Delhi Branch of the Cincinnati Public Library to host Destress December!
Join us for Destress December, a drop-in event in the library lobby from 9am-11am on Tuesday, December 2. There will be coloring and bracelet making activities while supplies last. The Mayo Clinic notes that coloring can relieve stress and decrease heart rate as well as feelings of anxiety.
